In our busy work and home lives it's a struggle to find the time to do anything these days. Rather than just soothing ourselves with the promise that we'll do it later, this workshop offers practical strategies to get real with the idea of less is more. In addition to the live 60-minute Zoom workshop, one month of support in a private group will be provided to participants.

About

It's not time to make a change, just relax and take it easy. Said only Cat Stevens and nobody else.

In the spirit of keeping it real, which Dr. Carol Mills is a bit famous for, this is a 60-minute workshop (that might end up being 90-minutes) offered to women who don't feel ready to commit to a full multi-week course, but are interested/curious/desperate for some time management techniques. There will be 30-days of group support provided in a private Facebook group, AND even a closing call for any last questions.

Even if you've thought deeply about time management, this workshop will offer an excellent opportunity to revisit your priorities. If you've never had the time to think carefully about time, than maybe this is the sign you've been waiting for.

Introducing the beloved Carol Mills!

Dr Carol Mills is a medical doctor and life coach dedicated to helping women thrive in all aspects of their lives. As a family physician, coach, wife and mother of two very active boys she knows that sometimes life feels hard and some days are emotionally exhausting. Dr Mills supports women who “just want to feel better” or know that “something has got to change” but unsure how to even start. She helps women who feel stuck in the day to day rat-race of so-called life, who are ready to re-discover who they are, what they want from their life, and truly thrive with intention. Dr Mills helps women transform the way they think and show up for themselves in their own lives. Dr Mills has helped women struggling with various life challenges including overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, parenting struggles, “mom guilt”, relationship troubles, time scarcity, goal setting, decision making and more. Dr Mills completed her medical degree at McMaster University and residency at University of Western Ontario. She practices family medicine in Orangeville, Ontario. She believes deeply in the benefits of self-coaching and is passionate about empowering other women to learn the skills of intentional thinking to allow for greater emotional well-being in their own lives. She strongly believes that greater emotional well-being is the secret to a fulfilling life!

What?

Who?

This is a workshop for very busy women who are starting to notice they need a more strategic approach to time management. While Understory offers time management courses, this workshop offers a live touchpoint and coaching along the way. It would actually be a great course to combine with Time Cure if you're really into time these days.
