In today's fast-paced work environment, leaders often face complex emotions such as grief and feelings of futility that can arise both in the workplace and in their personal lives. This course, led by Angela Stathakos, Nonviolent Communication facilitator, business leader and mother, is specifically designed for professional women seeking personal development and emotional intelligence skills to enhance their careers and navigate life’s challenges. Participants will leave the course with a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences, practical communication skills, and writing techniques to process and articulate, as well as understand and share their feelings. Participants will learn these skills within a supportive network of peers who share similar challenges and aspirations.
Through this course, participants will explore the transformative concepts of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), equipping themselves with essential communication skills that serve to empower physicians with the awareness and confidence to set healthy boundaries and advocate for their own needs.

4 Weeks of 90-minute sessions with a Non-violent Communication Expert, organizational leader, and general Jack (Jill?) of all trades (like seriously, all the trades).
This is a beautiful course for anyone that's realized that when the time comes to speak up, they find themselves reticent or even silent. Perhaps it's when they hold an unpopular opinion, or when they need to give critical feedback, or when they need to RSVP "no" to a party. Whatever the case, there are a number of people out there who are tired of defaulting to "polite" and "professional" over "authentic" and if this is you, the teacher has appeared. It's Angela.
And the time is now.
