As we enter mid-life, there is no shortage of changes and challenges. While supporting our physical health and changing bodies is essential, it seems there is more to aging gracefully and moving through adult transitions that extends beyond the physical.
Why do things feel off kilter? Be it my work, my body, my family, my relationships, my tolerance for so many things? Why is my nervous system so sensitive? Why am I more anxious, forgetful, cranky?
This course takes these symptoms as an invitation to do the inner work necessary to transition into a new phase of life. We use our imbalances as an indication that we are on a threshold and uncover our emerging selves as more grounded, wise and whole.
Thursdays starting Feb 13th
12pm-130pm EST
7 Weeks of 90-minute facilitated sessions with a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist to guide the exploration of the inner work that offers a bridge to a more grounded, graceful version of yourself.
If you're noticing that aging and longevity are of increasing interest, or you're struggling with the cognitive, emotional, and physical changes of aging, this is a beautiful course for you. The truth is, in the West, most of us are taught that aging is bad and should be prevented at all costs. In the West, we get older, but not everyone gets wiser. If you're curious about the teachings that help us get wiser as we age, come explore the midlife transition with us.
