Sometimes it seems that the people we love the most are also the people we have the most negative feelings towards at times. This course takes a detailed look at the relationships in your life and gives you the tools to enrich them. Whether it’s your partner, kids, colleagues, clients, or friends, with the right skills in place, connection can actually feel warm and easy.

Connect

Do the work with the people that matter

About

Not all of us grew up observing healthy conflict. So, how can we learn these skills?

Connect  is about empowering your role in your relationships. It's about becoming more aware of how your current thinking is impacting those relationships. It’s about knowing that regardless of the other person in the relationship, you always have the ability to think with intention to enhance connection.

You will leave having taken a deep and detailed look at one (or more) of your relationships, and you will know and appreciate the role you play in creating that relationship. You will have the tools to assess any relationship in your life, (and no this is not about romantic relationships only. ) You will feel empowered to create more connection where needed, and more boundaries where needed, so that you can truly thrive the way you want to in each one of your relationships.  At the end of the course, you will be able to identify how the expectations you have in your life for other people impact your relationships with them, appreciate the benefits of allowing others to be themselves, and begin to drop your expectations for others to allow for better relationships, and apply proper boundary setting to allow you to thrive in any relationship.

Introducing the beloved Carol Mills!

Dr Mills helps women transform the way they think and show up for themselves in their own lives. Dr Mills has helped women struggling with various life challenges including overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, parenting struggles, “mom guilt”, relationship troubles, time scarcity, goal setting, decision making and more. Dr Mills completed her medical degree at McMaster University and residency at University of Western Ontario. She practices family medicine in Orangeville, Ontario. She believes deeply in the benefits of self-coaching and is passionate about empowering other women to learn the skills of intentional thinking to allow for greater emotional well-being in their own lives. She strongly believes that greater emotional well-being is the secret to a fulfilling life!

Not everyone gets to learn relational skills - school rarely teaches them and many of us did not observe healthy conflict when we were young. So....if this resonates, sign up and skill up so you can give and receive the love that rattling around you and within you.
